I am quietly sitting here, having what can only be described as a minor breakdown. I have made the (always stupid and never learned) mistake of confusing my abilities with reality. I have compounded the problem by failing to consider the accompanying cost burden. Risk Management? Pah - I spit in your face!

The Hosting company of one of my websites sent me a note telling me it was time to renew our relationship and that this year, it would be up 30% because the boss now prefers to holiday in Antigua and insists on caviar on toasted rye for lunch. In return, they provided something so infinitely immeasurable in service terms that I looked for the Nada & Nothing clause in our contract. I called them and spoke to Robbie, the new boy, fresh from some very minor public school, who was charming but made the mistake of using the word “onboarding” compounded by his saying mid-sentence, “No, yeah, no, I’m hearing you” and then kept disappearing for five minutes to seek fresh instructions. Eventually, I lost patience and permanently broke up with the poor sod (please leave Robbie - this is not the life for you) and his boss, the greedy swine. How difficult could it be to find a hosting company to copy my old website to the new one?
