Rachel Reeves topped the survey with some 46% of members demanding she be replaced and second was Liz Kendall, on 42%. Survey or not, rumours suggest that part of the price for Starmer’s 232nd U-turn, was Reeves’ head.

Yesterday’s YouGov poll of 11,500 rattled everyone in Labour as the self-righteous newbies realised how numbered their days might be.
