Apologies for delay - affairs of state. Racing is minutes away - but at least the market will have settled down.
One thing we must cover briefly, is that when I back horses e/w it is always because there is a return to be had, i.e. at the time of writing they were bigger than 11/2. Frequently this season, we’ve been stuffed by the market - largely because I always do the scores based on a Level Stake Profit to SP, [a] because I know you can all get that (!) and [b] I regard it as more honest.
However, in future, if I have suggested an e/w bet on any horse where the SP is 11/2 or lower, then please alter your investment to the win element only. Thus 3 pts e/w at 9/2 when it was 7/1 in the morning would now simply be a 3 pt win bet. Please let me know if you need any clarification.
